founded Florida Homestead Services in 1994 and is a nationally
recognized expert with more than 35 years of professional experience
in local government management, radio, electronics and telecommunications design and engineering.
John specializes in operations management and in all aspects of
telecommunications and corporate technical operations management
roles. He is a dynamic, highly focused management professional with
hands-on experience in management, operations, design
and engineering, working with complex, multi-technology systems in
rapidly developing diverse environments. A proven leader recognized
for complete project management, operational and strategic
initiatives, distinctive problem solving, outstanding relationship
and team building skills, John is open minded with impeccable
business judgment, detail oriented and able to clearly communicate
and define mission, critical strategic and operational initiatives.
An
autodidact, John has studied, researched extensively and written
manuscripts in the areas of legal and homestead exemptions, real
property protection, business planning, trusts and family law for
over 18 years. John has developed a simple to understand business
which teaches the public how to protect their most valuable asset,
their home equity.
A former Navy veteran, John has been involved in pro se litigation
for more than 15 years. John is not a practicing attorney, nor a
member of any Bar Association as he is able to hire the best
professionals available for those requirements. John started his business to help
people just like you, and to give them the tools and knowledge to
protect their valuable home, equity and real property. In clear,
direct layman’s language, his
book, consisting of over 15 years of legal research on
homestead exemptions, homestead law and its protections, reveals the
exact techniques, court cases and successful strategies used by
major legal specialists throughout the State of Florida and the
country,
to shield and protect their
client’s homestead, income, wealth and real property, relying on
the written laws, legal encyclopedias and official court
cases published in the public record archives.
John
is a continuing student of the law, an insured and bonded notary
public, an Extra Class FCC license holder, a Certified Marine
Mechanic & Technician. He is a member of the National
Association of Telecommunications Engineers, National Association of
Business and Educational Radio Engineers, Professional Electronics
Technician Association, American Society of Certified Engineering
Technicians, Society of Broadcast Engineers, International
Association of Photoelectric Photometry, Government Supervisors
Association, and the National Notary Association. He loves to play
the steel guitar and lives with his family in Fort Lauderdale, FL.

and a General Partner.
She owns many business entities, acts as a consultant to investors and is a nationally recognized
expert with more than 25 years of experience in business and
corporate management, specializing in all aspects of large and small
business operations. She has worked, studied and researched
extensively in the areas of the health and medical fields. Janet is
also an insured and bonded notary public and a member of the
National Notary Association. She is also a signing agent for the
State of Florida and Florida Homestead Services, LLC. Janet works
with us statewide to support and help Florida Homestead Services
instill the highest ethical standards
of conduct and practice. She lives with her family in Cooper
City, FL.

Dan
is our North West regional agent and he is a highly
recognized and respected Professor of Business, a business owner,
and an expert Certified Management Consultant. He also specializes
in Real Estate and is a Mortgage Loan Officer. Dan is also a
certified State of Florida Arbitrator and arbitrates for the
Center for Dispute Resolution, as well as being an insured and
bonded Notary Public and a Signing Agent. Dan has a Masters Degree
in Business Management and is a great asset to the Florida
Homestead Services team. Dan resides with his family in New
Port Richey, FL and also in Pensacola, FL.
Lionel
is our North East regional agent and he also owns Distressed
Property Solutions. Just as the business name
implies, he provides solutions for homeowners with property in
mortgage distress. He helps hundreds of homeowners each year
maintain possession of their most valuable asset, their home and
real property. He assists with VA, FHA/HUD and Conventional mortgage
loans. He is not a lender, but he has relationships with several
types of lenders that can refinance almost any type of property,

Jim
is our Central Florida regional agent. He has over 14 years of great
experience as a licensed life, health, disability and annuity

questions utilizing his vast wealth of knowledge. Jim lives with his
family in Kissimmee, FL.
James
is our East Central regional agent who handles the Treasure Coast
area, and he is a recognized expert with more than 25 years
experience in technical and construction business management and
operations. He is a n
expert educator for technical, electrical and plant operations
specializing in all aspects of technical operations management. He
also works and is extensively involved in home construction,
inspections and engineering and has been involved extensively in all
areas of construction, plant management and maintenance. He lives
with his family of four in Fort Pierce, FL.
Stephen
is our South East Palm Beach area agent and he is a recognized
expert with more than 20 years experience in credit management
operations. He is a business major specializing in all aspects of
financial operations management. He has been involved extensively in
