Balsamic Vinegar & Specialty Products

A unique time-honored aging process creates the flavor for Flora Balsamic Vinegar of Modena. As the vinegar is aged from barrel to barrel, it absorbs the distinctive balsamic aromas. It is the only vinegar obtained exclusively from grape juice, without any addition of alcoholic liquids. This full bodied balsamic vinegar has a tart yet sweet flavor.

Flora's selection of olives, from tiny green Picholine and pitted Calamata to Italian dry-roasted are carefully selected from the finest varieties available. In addition, Flora's line of specialty products include favorites such as dried porcini, mushrooms, anchovies, sardines, roasted peppers, capers, sun-dried tomatoes, artichokes, and beans.
