In the third quarter of 2001, for lack of better things to
do, I created the following:
 | My MPEG2 Encoder - DirectShow 8.1 Filter.
This filter is loosely based on the MSSG MPEG2 Encoder.

| You will need DirectX 8.1, VC++ 6.0 with Processor Pack(SP5) and
Intel Performance Primitives Library to build the software. If you do
not want to use IPP, there is an implementation of iDCT and fDCT
included. IPP can be downloaded from
Intel's
site. |
